Emily B. Guimont joined BEH in 2023 and is excited to continue her local government practice here. Emily has experience with a wide range of municipal law issues and specializes in public labor relations. Emily attended Lewis & Clark Law School, where she was an editor on the Environmental Law Review and interned for the City of Bend. Emily received her undergraduate degree in Russian Language & Literature from Willamette University.

Emily enjoys her free time with her husband and dog. They can usually be found roaming around outdoors, whether by foot, jeep, or small airplane.
